LODGE CHIEF: email Billy Talmage
The Lodge Chief is elected by the Lodge members and is the Executive Officer of the Lodge. He is responsible for adhering to the program and policies of the Lodge. He chairs meetings of the Lodge Executive Committee. He appoints chairmen of the operating committees and the members of the nominating committee. He is responsible for planning and conducting lodge activities and undertakes service projects with his follow members. He delegates his duties to Officers and committee chairmen and works closely with the Lodge Adviser.
VICE CHIEF - PROGRAM AND ADMINSTRATION: email John Talmage
The Vice Chief Program reports to the Chief and assumes the duties of the Chief as necessary and provides administrative support in the Lodge. He supervises the Lodge program planning, camp promotion, service projects and conclave participation.
VICE CHIEF - CEREMONIES AND MEMBERSHIP: email Justin Nekota
This Officer is responsible for supervising all Lodge ceremonies, including Ordeals, including the making of Native American ceremonial clothing and for the training and conduct of ceremonial teams. He is responsible for the Elangomat program. As manager of the Membership Committee he is responsible for all matters relating to the recruitment and election of new members, and their promotion to Brotherhood as well as following up on inactive members. He recognizes the accomplishments of Lodge members.
LODGE SECRETARY: Sean Ryan
The Lodge Secretary is responsible for all Lodge communications. He records and publishes minutes of the Lodge Executive Committee and the business portion of Lodge meetings. He supervises the publication of the High Eagle?newsletter, provides information for posting on the Lodge website and maintains the roster and phone tree of members.
LODGE TREASURER: Nathan Perez
The Treasurer is responsible for the Lodge budget, for keeping records of all Lodge funds, for collecting dues and coordinating fundraising projects. He is responsible for maintaining an inventory and the storage of all Lodge assets (equipment, ceremonial clothing, OA items). He operates the Lodge Store for the sale of OA items to members.
PAST CHIEF: John Talmage
Serves on the Lodge Executive Committee and undertakes special projects as assigned by the Lodge Chief.
   
OPERATING COMMITTEES:
ACTIVITIES COMMITTEE:  
The Activities Committee plans and organizes 3-4 annual Lodge membership meeting activities, the Annual Dinner and a Scoutmaster dinner. They plan and coordinate the Lodge role at the National Order of the Arrow Conference and Section Conclaves. The committee plans and manages service projects.
CAMP PROMOTION COMMITTEE:  
The Camp Promotion Committee promotes camping by Scout Troops and Teams through presentations to units and publishing information about camping locations.
CEREMONIES COMMITTEE:  
The Ceremonies Committee teaches ceremonial clothing making to Lodge members. They train Elangomats and ceremonial tams. They plan and manage the conduct of Lodge Ordeals and ceremonies, including a Native American Dance Team.
DANCE TEAM :  
The Dance Team learns and performs Native American dances at Lodge and other Scouting functions. They make Native American dance clothing and are responsible for its secure storage.
FINANCE COMMITTEE:  
The Finance Committee operates the Lodge Trading Post (store) at meetings and, in the absence of the Treasurer, assist with the collection of dues. They maintain an inventory record of Lodge equipment/ceremonial clothing and assist with its storage.
MEMBERSHIP COMMITTEE:  
All matters pertaining to membership in the OA are centralized in this committee. They conduct general recruiting in Scouting units and conduct elections of new members. They follow up on inactive Lodge members and encourage Ordeal members to move to Brotherhood. They recognize the achievements of members.
SECRETARY COMMITTEE:  
This Committee assists with the writing, publication and preparation for mailing of the High Eagle newsletter. They assist with Lodge communications, including mailings, phone calls, etc.
